TraciiSpy shows error "Tracii-Board not found"

  • Please verify correct jumper settings
  • LED Pwr is on

Which modes can Tracii have at one time?

All the modes are exklusive i.e. Tracii can either be master, slave or tracer.

Switching between modes is possible using TraciiWork. Since changing modes takes some time it is not recommended to frequently switch Tracii in one application.

Does Tracii 400 feature 3.3 volt logic?

...Other levels than 5 volt are not supported...

We recommend using a level shifter application like NPX (formerly Philips) sketches in it's application note AN97055 or simply use our product Audrii which includes an I2C level shifter.

What type of SMD fuse is used?

Former Series 0398-*,1098-*,0599-*: Remove 1k8

How to get rid of the terminating 1k8 resistor?

These boards have a fixed 1k8 termination resistor. If you want to have the board not terminating the I2C bus at all remove the both SMD resistors marked yellow in this drawing.

Tracii Spy: Unreachable elements in a dialog

This is how my Filter Dialog or Device Name Dialog looks. I am unable to use it since the control are hidden. Any suggestions on fixes?

Do you use "Large Fonts" ? Please download new TraciiSpy Version or use small fonts: Control PanelDisplayAdvanced -> Tab: General: Font Size.
